• Research & Accuracy: If you’re citing studies or sources, please ensure they are reputable and up-to-date. We value evidence-based information that supports your claims.
• No Promotional Content: While we love highlighting brands and products, your submission should be informational and not promotional. We’re looking for genuine insights, not advertisements.
• Formatting: Break up your content with subheadings, bullet points, or lists for better readability. Include a catchy title and a brief author bio (50-75 words) with your submission.
